We keep the ingredients for a few hours at room temperature.
We mix the soft butter with a pinch of salt and sugar with a whisk. Add the yolk and continue mixing.
Add flour mixed with cocoa and mix until you get a crumbly dough.
We take a baking form, preferably with a detachable ring. Place the top in a thick layer, level well. Let the tray cool, while we prepare the chocolate filling.
Melt the chocolate on a steam bath. Set aside to cool a bit.
Mix in a bowl, the yogurt with the sugar and the yolk. Then add the chocolate and mix.
Remove the tray from the refrigerator and pour the chocolate composition. Lightly beat the form on the table top, then put it in the hot oven, about 40-45 minutes, over medium heat. When cooked, it will be slightly swollen and form a crust. We take it out of the oven and let it cool.
In a bowl, put a cup of water, 3 tablespoons sugar and a tablespoon of starch. Mix with a whisk and put the composition on the fire, to boil, stirring constantly. Soon, it will bind and thicken. When it has thickened well, set it aside.
Over the fresh strawberries, sprinkle some frozen blueberries and blackberries. Pour the starch composition over the fruit and mix. They will bind, but will keep their fresh taste.
After the chocolate composition has cooled, pour the fruit, sprinkle a few chocolate flakes and then let it cool for a few hours.
