The seafood is tempting, exotic, delicious and very easy to prepare.

  • 270 gr mixed seafood
  • 270 gr frozen shells
  • 200 gr rice noodles
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 red onion [hasma]
  • 1 Kapia green pepper
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt
  • White pepper
  • green parsley
  • green basil

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Seafood with rice noodles:

The vegetables are cleaned and washed.

Fish onions and chopped garlic are lightly fried in oil.

Add the chopped peeled tomatoes, ginger and pepper. Sarati .Piparati.

After putting the shells and seafood, quench with wine.

After 2-3 minutes add the rice noodles.

Mix twice and the seafood with rice noodles is ready.

Serve the dish seasoned with green parsley and green basil.
