these days I would have eaten a burnt sugar cream so I fulfilled my wish and I didn't stop to think and I started working
- 5 eggs
- 1 liter of milk
- 250 g sugar
- 6 tablespoons caramel sugar
- vanilla essence
- peel from an orange

RECIPE PREPARATION Burnt sugar cream:
Caramelize the sugar and spread it very well on the shape in which we make the cream.
Then mix the sugar with the eggs well, add the light milk and vanilla essence and mix well until all the sugar has melted.
Pour the cream into the caramelized tray and put the tray in the oven for 30-45 minutes, until we see that it has set very well.
Place the cream in cups and leave it to cool for about 2 hours then it can be served.
