They are made very quickly and are very tasty!
- 280 g flour,
- 60 g butter,
- 1 or,
- 1 sachet of baking powder,
- 120 g cheese given through the small grater,
- 250 ml whipped milk or low-fat yogurt,
- a pinch of salt
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cheese muffins:
Combine the dry ingredients, then the liquid ones and homogenize the two compositions.
Grease the forms with butter and fill in three quarters.
Bake over medium heat for 20 minutes. or until it passes the toothpick test.
The recipe also includes a tablespoon of parsley leaves. My kids "can't stand it", so ... that's it! I think it would work with a red pepper cut into pieces, but I have to adapt to my family, even if some of the chefs "don't feel like it" and "the appearance leaves something to be desired": D
Next time I will try to add some diced Prague ham.
