Tiramisu original recipe
In a saucepan, mix the yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Put on low heat and stir continuously until the cream thickens. Set aside to cool. Separately mix the mascarpone cheese and add a little of the egg cream. Whip the cream hard then incorporate it into the cream cheese. Homogenize and set aside.
Make 400 ml of coffee and sweeten to taste. Allow to cool.
Take a biscuit and immerse for 2-3 seconds in the coffee pot. It is placed in a yena bowl, covering the bottom of the bowl with biscuits. Grease the top with mascarpone cream and sprinkle cocoa all over. Soften other biscuits and place on top forming the second layer. Grease again with cream and sprinkle with cocoa. Let cool for at least 3 hours, or best overnight.
For the children, I soaked the biscuits in cherry juice and gave up the cocoa in the middle. Let it cool, then portion it with a thin, sharp knife.
