I really like to make them during the winter holidays ... with specific shapes.

  • 1 or
  • lard 3-4 tablespoons
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda with 3 teaspoons vinegar
  • salt about 1 teaspoon
  • crushed cheese about 200 gr
  • warm water about 1 cup and flour as it contains
  • Ornaments:

  • cheese / shaved cheese
  • sesame and poppy seeds

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

HOW TO PREPARE THE RECIPE Salads:

Mix all the above ingredients until you get a dough that is easy to spread.

Refrigerate the shell for about 30 minutes before use.

Spread the dough about 1 cm thick, grease with beaten egg, then sprinkle with cheese or cheese (I put some cheese = smoked cheese), sesame seeds and poppy seeds.

Put them in the pan and put them in the oven until golden brown.

It is eaten with appetite.
