A super recipe with a super fluffy and delicious result.
- 500 g flour
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- 25 gr yeast
- 4 lbs of olive oil
- 150 g of milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- a bit of sugar
- 1 egg for greased
- 150 g of cheese
- 150 g of ham
- 200 g of canned mushrooms

RECIPE PREPARATION Buns stuffed in the oven:
We mix the flour with the salt and sugar powder. Dissolve the yeast in a little warm milk and put it over the flour. Knead lightly and gradually add the rest of the warm milk. When the dough has blended, add the olive oil.
Cover the bowl and put it back warm until it doubles in volume. For the cheese filling, cut it into small cubes, do the same with the ham and mushrooms. When the dough has risen, break 9 suitable balls, which we spread by hand on the work table sprinkled with flour.
We fill each ball with the filling made, we gather the edges so that they form a vacuum and give me a round shape. We place the buns in a tray lined with baking paper. Grease them with a beaten egg with a little milk and put the tray in the oven until browned at 180 degrees. Good appetite!
If you still think you need more flour, you can add it to the kneader.
You can also add normal oil or 100-150 g of soft butter.
Cream can be replaced with yogurt.
The filling can be varied, according to everyone's preference.
