RECIPE PREPARATION Salad with smoked salmon, arugula, parmesan:
Wash the arugula and tomatoes and dry them.
Boil quail eggs and clean them.
Cut the parmesan into thin strips and break the salmon into suitable strips.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle with dressing to taste, season with salt and pepper and toss a handful of sunflower seeds over the salad.
