Tiramisu original recipe
Mix the yolks with 3 tablespoons of sugar, until they increase in volume and light in color. We incorporate mascarpone in the yolks.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt; gradually add 3 tablespoons of sugar and mix until you get a shiny and firm meringue.
Incorporate the meringue in the mascarpone cream with yolk, with light movements.
