Mix the yolks with 3 tablespoons of sugar, until they increase in volume and light in color. We incorporate mascarpone in the yolks.

We syrup the biscuits in the cold syrup, carefully: we pass them briefly through the syrup, otherwise they will absorb too much liquid.

Grease the bottom of a bowl with high walls with a little cream, then assemble the cake: layer of biscuits, 1/2 cream, biscuits, the rest of the cream. If you want you can make three layers of biscuits; I used a round cake shape.

Powder with cocoa and leave the cake to cool overnight.
