Peel an onion and sprinkle with oil and salt, add the garlic in a tray lined with baking paper.
Put the pan in the preheated oven until it softens well.
Meanwhile, chop the vegetables cooked before (I had them in the freezer, I thawed them in the evening)
In a saucepan add oil and chopped ghee, let it harden a little and then add peppers, onions, 100 ml of water and let it boil for a few minutes.
Add the eggplant, spices to taste, tomato juice and let it boil for about 10 minutes, then add the tomato paste, the garlic removed from the tissue and let it simmer for about 20 minutes (until the liquid drops well).
At the end, add the chopped green parsley and put in jars that we will close and place them with the lid down, cover them with a blanket for up to 2 days, when we will store them in the pantry.
TASTES.I like to make homemade bread and most of the time I knitted it in 3.
I also learned other types of knitting:
- in 4
- in 5
How to do it, see on Laura Laurenţiu's website - Recipes from my mother, where I also learned from.
I didn't get to photograph my baked bread anymore, because it was night.
you have to have some skill, but something great comes out, I hope you post pictures with the final product
I'm sure it looked good and ripe. I'm afraid to get into leavened dough.
Have a beautiful and full of joy spring!
How good the bread looks! I'm sorry I don't know why your page isn't updated and I don't get to see what goodies you still have.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY March 8 and I wish you a wonderful day.
