A simple, cool dessert, perfect for a summer day

1-1 2 kg of apples
1kg of vanilla flavored biscuits
800 g fresh

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Apple cake:

We wash the apples, peel them and grate them.

In a tray we spread a row of biscuits (half of the amount of biscuits) and over them we put half of the amount of apples, over the layer of apples we spread a layer of whipped cream then we start again the layer of apple biscuits and we finish with whipped cream.

Let it cool.
