Let's see what Grant Achatz is serving up at Alinea

Grant Achatz and Co. are well known for their gorgeous promo videos, and this one isn't any different. Their latest course, titled Lamb 86, features 86 individual components arranged perfectly in a grid, all for diners to pair with their lamb. It's crazy, complicated, and backed by eerie music.

The current Alinea menu lists "lamb" as a course, followed by "........?????............!!!!!!!!!!!!!" so we imagine this must be what they were referring to. Watch below.

I’ve used them to make my Grilled Salmon Salad salad a few summers ago and have been hooked on them ever since! I even made my no knead bread recipe duirng quarantine with some Orchard Choice Valley Figs last year and it was such a hit on Instagram!
